How to use

1. Add mix to a bowl and pour water as directed on the pack.
2. Blend or whisk to a smooth, lump‑free batter; rest 5–10 minutes.
3. Heat an appam pan/kadai, lightly grease, and pour a ladle of batter.
4. Swirl to spread thin edges; cover and cook on low–medium heat.
5. When edges turn crisp and the center is soft and set, lift out and serve hot.
