How to use

1. Add the mix to a bowl; pour water and curd as directed on the pack.
2. Whisk to a smooth, lump-free batter; rest 10–15 minutes.
3. Grease idli moulds lightly and pour in the batter.
4. Steam on medium heat for 10–12 minutes until cooked through.
5. Cool for a minute, unmould, and serve hot.
