How to use

1. In a bowl, add the mix and pour water + curd as directed on the pack.
2. Whisk to a smooth, lump-free batter; rest 10–15 minutes.
3. Heat a non-stick tawa; lightly grease.
4. Pour a ladle of batter and spread thin in a circular motion.
5. Drizzle a few drops of oil/ghee; cook until edges lift and base turns golden.
6. Fold and serve hot.
